Alcohol, Tobacco, and Drug Education

If your child is struggling with substance abuse and/or is being affected by someone else’s substance abuse please contact the School Counselor at your school to enlist support. You may also find the resources listed below to be incredibly helpful.

Curriculum content related to drugs and alcohol is taught throughout the district. Specific curriculum is provided at the elementary (K-6) level for the Steps to Respect and Second Step programs. The middle schools have implemented Project Alert. All three are State exemplary programs.
