Fiscal Services
The Fiscal Services department supports the board priorities of San Luis Coastal Unified School District in the following areas:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Budgets
- Developer Fees
- Payroll
- Travel/Conference Reimbursement
- Contracts
- Purchasing
Our office hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday.

Caty Ecklund, Director
Caty Ecklund earned her Bachelor’s degree in Science/Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, along with a Chief Business Official certificate from the California Association of School Business Officials. She has extensive experience over a long career in School Business in a variety of managerial and supervisory roles of increasing importance. As Director of Fiscal Services, Caty supervises payroll, purchasing and the operating budget for the District.
