Library

The mission of the San Luis Coastal USD Library program is to ensure that students become capable, lifelong readers and effective users of ideas and information. Our schools are staffed with full-time library media center technicians that work in collaboration with the district librarian. Library staff manage and distribute resources for learning, including books, textbooks, Chromebooks, and Wi-Fi hotspots. Our libraries allow interlibrary loans to ensure resources are shared where needed. 

In addition to providing a quality print collection, our district offers access to online databases provided by the California State Library and access to digital books through Overdrive in collaboration with the SLO County Libraries.
