Pacific Beach High School

A new campus will be built in the current field area at the east of the campus.  The current portables at the VIcente site will be demolished and that will become the new field and blacktop area for the campus.  Upon completion of the school, we will demolish the current campus.

• New classrooms, office, CTE classrooms, multipurpose room, and support spaces to replace existing - 12,520 square feet. 
• Shade structure and central quad development. 
• Earthwork fill at building area. 
• New fields, fencing, related site work, and utility infrastructure. 
• Provide/re-route for temporary water, irrigation, and gas services to accommodate existing facilities during construction.
• New parking and driveways. 
• Demolition of existing buildings and portable removal.
