Monarch Grove Elementary

Monarch Grove is actually our newest campus in the district. That said, it is time to do some modernization of the site.  Phase 1 will replace two old portables with two new modular kindergarten classrooms. These rooms are 1,350 square feet and include restrooms.  We will be re-roofing the campus and adding new HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems, as well as installing a new campuswide fire alarm.

• New classrooms, office, library, and support spaces to replace existing - 37,735 square feet. 
• New parking and auto drop-off. 
• Demolition of existing classroom building and relocatables. 
• Field and hardcourt revisions and updates and all other related site work and utility infrastructure
