Del Mar Elementary

Measure C work has commenced. New Kindergarten modular classrooms have been added to the campus. These classrooms are larger (1,350 square feet) and include student restrooms. The TK classrooms and intervention offices building were just finished being modernized, along with all of the multi-stall student restrooms on campus. New security fencing along the front of campus and new landscaping and parking lot asphalt have also been installed.

The next phase of construction will include the modernization of the classroom wings and new childcare and Parent Participation classrooms. This work is currently being reviewed by the Department of State Architects and we expect construction to begin in Summer 2026. This will also include modernization of the MPR and kitchen areas.
