Del Mar Elementary

With Measure D funds, we were able to update the exterior of the Del Mar campus, mainly paint and asphalt.  Measure C will begin with the addition of two new modular classrooms with restrooms. These will be kindergarten rooms that are 1,350 square feet.  Once completed, the TK/K classroom building on campus will be modernized with new exteriors and interiors and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).  We will replace the fire alarm system campuswide and modernize all the main student restrooms on campus.  There will be ADA upgrades and new decorative fencing along the front of the campus.

• New two classroom modular Kindergarten building with restrooms and fire alarm.
• Sitework for new modular.
• Modernization of existing Kindergarten building (convert to TK classrooms), including: update interior finishes with new tackboard, paint, and flooring; upgrade restrooms for ADA and finishes; and new HVAC with cooling.
• Replace and upgrade fire alarm system campuswide.
• Modernize and upgrade three sets of main student restrooms.
• Campus site ADA upgrades. 
• Decorative fencing at front of campus.
