Baywood Elementary

Baywood Elementary School is getting a complete overhaul. The plan is to build a new elementary school next to the current main school building. When the new campus is built, we will demolish the old building  and turn that area into the field, blacktop, and playground area. We will begin having input meetings with staff and parents starting at the beginning of 2024. We have put together some schematic designs to assist us in those conversations.

• New classrooms, office, library, and support spaces to replace existing building - 37,735 square feet.
• New parking and drop-off area.
• Demolition of existing classroom building and relocatables.
• Field and hardcourt revisions and updates and all other related site work and utility infrastructure.
